This client came to Happy Healthy Home with a desire to build out the unfinished lower floor of their home into a guest unit, and to remodel and adapt two upper floors to suit their stylistic tastes. Their new guest unit features a stained concrete floor, a kitchen bar and heating stove relocated from the floor above.

The main level remodel features a new contemporary modern kitchen and bathroom, both with custom cabinetry, and the main living space received a custom mantle wall with a built-in propane fireplace and tile plus a window storage bench. The upper level received a remodeled bathroom including custom cabinetry and a new soaking bathtub. What do they think? They feel at home now!
